SafePlace SafeKeepers
What is a SafeKeeper?
SafePlace SafeKeepers are individuals who have designated SafePlace as a beneficiary in their estate. This gift may be from a bequest, annuity, life insurance policy, retirement fund or other planned giving vehicle.
Whether you consider yourself rich or poor, or somewhere in between, a gift from your estate can make a big difference to SafePlace and those affected by domestic and sexual violence.
Many people think they have to choose between leaving a legacy gift to their family or favorite charity. In reality, you can do both, and some charitable gifts can actually save your family money by decreasing inheritance taxes.
SafePlace SafeKeepers are recognized throughout the year in our annual report and on our website.
Knowing who our SafeKeepers are helps us to plan for our future.
